Tutor The Nation is a new charity connecting university students with pupils in the State sector for free online tutoring.
Launched in 2020, Tutor The Nation (TTN) is a charitable platform inviting undergraduates, postgraduates, and recent graduates from the UK’s top universities to volunteer to provide online tuition for young people in the State sector.
Through tutoring, Tutor The Nation aims to give young people the confidence and tools they need both to perform better academically and to gain the motivation and confidence to work towards their future aspirations.

Our Story
Tutor The Nation was founded in 2020 with a simple idea: to use online tutoring to change the lives of pupils across the United Kingdom. We are merging with the Coronavirus Tutoring Initiative, our sister tutoring programme. Tutor The Nation comes as the result of collaboration between leading educators, experienced charity leaders, and enthusiastic students.
We are currently working with Bolton Council and Solihull Council. Tutor Tne Nation is in the process of scaling up and actively seeking to work with more local authorities and State schools so that we can offer our project nationwide.
